the challenges of Keytruda funding
This article is pretty hard going but it throws light on the issue of immunotherapy drugs and Pharmac. Melanoma patients can get them and now some lung cancer patients are responding well as illustrated in the Herald today. The article also refers to combination therapy as opposed to "monotherapy". It seems that most patients respond better to a combination of drugs.
